CA Yash Tamakuwala, a dynamic Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, brings fresh perspectives and a passion for innovation to Vilki & Co. After completing his education and acquiring valuable industry experience, he swiftly emerged as a vital part of the firm's leadership team.

With expertise in Project Finance, Audit and Taxation along with Quality Review Engagements and US Audit & Attestation, he focuses on delivering high-quality services while embracing new technologies to enhance client offerings. He works closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and provide solutions that foster growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Being an Electronics and Communication Engineer he brings his proficiency with technology to the firm. His proficiency with the new advancements with technology will be highly useful in implementation of the current needs of the world thereby finding a bridge between how the new technology be utilized for the improvement of the traditional practice that has been implemented currently.

His vision for the firm includes expanding Vilki & Co's reach globally, particularly in areas such as global bookkeeping services and auditing practices for public companies. Audit Team

CA Parul Meghani, a Fellow Member of ICAI since 2017, leads our Audit & Assurance and Taxation Department with a sharp focus on quality, compliance, and value-driven insights. With over seven years of experience, she brings a wealth of expertise in statutory audits, internal audits, and financial compliance across diverse sectors. Under her leadership, the department ensures meticulous execution of audit procedures, adherence to regulatory frameworks, and the delivery of actionable recommendations that support sound financial governance. Her sector-specific knowledge in Retail Trading, Textiles, and the Diamond industry, combined with her analytical approach, enables our audit team to address client needs with precision and professionalism.

Our Audit & Direct Taxation team, led by experienced Chartered Accountants, offers comprehensive solutions focused on regulatory compliance, financial transparency, and strategic tax planning. We have successfully served over 1,500 clients—including companies, firms, and individuals—across industries such as manufacturing, real estate, trading, healthcare, and hospitality.

Legal Advisory Team

Adv. Vidhi Tamakuwala leads our Legal Advisory Team, bringing with her a dynamic blend of academic excellence and hands-on legal experience. After completing her LLB in 2019, she gained practical exposure across various legal domains—including Criminal Law, Revenue Law, and Company Law—through internships with reputed firms in Surat and Ahmedabad. In 2022, she established her own independent practice, offering services such as Title Clearance Reports, Property Law Advisory, and Trademark Registrations. Currently empaneled with over 10 banks as a panel advocate for legal title clearance, she has built a strong foundation in property- related legal services. Now joining her father’s firm, she is instrumental in expanding the scope of legal offerings and will be spearheading the firm’s foray into litigation services concerning GST and Income Tax matters. With over five years of cumulative experience, her entry into the litigation domain marks a strategic enhancement of our legal capabilities, ensuring comprehensive support for both advisory and representational needs.
